21 Mile Training Run… Why?

Run to the beach anyone?

It’s one way to get there! Why on Earth would I plan a 21 mile training run to the beach? Who does that?

I have realized that if I want to achieve these big audacious goals in my life, I first have to establish my “Why”. What is my purpose? My reason for getting up in the morning Then I just “put in the WORK”. There are no “work-arounds, shortcuts, life hacks, etc” It’s no secret that the most “successful” people are not afraid of the work necessary to accomplish their goals.

Go out there and get after it!
