In this book, Ryan gives great examples of leaders who were successful in setting their egos aside and went on to achieve greatness. Ryan also shares about other leaders, who allowed their egos to take over, only to be remembered for their failures. Whenever I feel my ego getting a little too big for my own good, I pick up this book and reread some of the chapters and get myself back to a place of humility and gratitude, rather than entitlement and hubris.
