In today’s climate, with stress and pressure at an all-time high, it has become critically important for leaders and working professionals to lead themselves first through sound practices in health and wellness. In this program, Retired Police Chief Charlie Celano shares life inspiring stories of his personal journey when he came face to face with his mortality in early 2018. Charlie will provide leadership coaching and share the prevention, stress management, and career survival tools that will allow you to THRIVE in both your personal and professional life.

After his retirement in 2018, Charlie increased his keynote speaking engagements detailing his experience on and off the job. His unique ability to reach those who face incredible stresses in their personal and professional lives makes him one of the best motivational speakers. Charlie connects with the audience by sharing his struggles, triumphs, and everything in between.

Professionals from both public and private organizations can benefit from hearing Charlie’s story. He shares the hard-learned lessons of unhealthy coping mechanisms, the impact those mechanisms had on his emotional, mental, and physical well-being and how to prevent the same difficulties from occurring in your life from the start. He provides effective tools for dealing with the ever-present stresses that accompany our profession and will provide takeaways we can implement immediately.
