Kelly Rodriguez retired from law enforcement after 31 years as the Assistant Chief from the Huntington Beach Police Department. She started her career at the Orange County Sheriffs Department. Kelly worked a variety of leadership positions including Interim Chief of Police. She managed all City events including the 4th of July parade and celebration, US Open and the Airshow.
Kelly attended the Harvard Kennedy Leadership School, obtained her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from California State University Long Beach and her masters degree in public administration from National University.
