Jeffrey Parker has over 35 years of experience as a City Manager and CEO in numerous cities covering California where he specialized in organizational culture change and development of quality organizations through team work, succession planning, mentoring and development of employees.
His philosophy has always centered around creating a successful organizational structure through emphasizing leadership and providing individuals with opportunities for personal growth along with their professional career path.
He holds a B.A. Degree in Political Science from University of California, Santa Barbara and Masters Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
On a personal side, he enjoys spending time with his family which includes his daughter, fiancé and Golden Retriever. He also enjoys activities such as golf, traveling , reading and barbecuing his favorite foods.
