Jason worked for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department for nearly 28 years. The Orange County Sheriff’s Department is the 6th largest Sheriff’s Department in the country with nearly 4000 employees. He retired as an Assistant Sheriff and provided executive oversight over five divisions and approximately 800 people.
After retiring, Jason was hired to be the Director of Men’s Ministries at Crossline Church in Laguna Hills. He is also a Teaching Pastor with Everyman Ministries, which provides support to men through a global livestream and conferences. Jason continues to support the first responder community with leadership training and coaching.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in behavioral science. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in theology and biblical Studies.
Jason’s goal is to inspire men to be the spiritually, emotionally, and relationally healthy man their families and communities deserve.
Jason lives in San Juan Capistrano with his wife Michele and daughters Brandi and Lexi. His hobbies are riding motorcycles, cycling and mountain biking.
