As the Director of Public Affairs for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, CA, she leads a dedicated team responsible for public safety communications in the nation’s sixth-largest county. Carrie holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Leadership with a concentration in college-level teaching from Gonzaga University and shares her expertise as an adjunct lecturer at California State University, Fullerton.
