Civilian Leadership Principles for Public Safety Professionals

This interactive course is designed specifically for civilian law enforcement supervisors and managers. The goal of this training is to provide participants the opportunity to develop skills and strategies to become engaging and effective supervisors and leaders in their organization.

Participants will explore various fundamental principles of leadership and management, including the following: Leadership Styles, Mindset of a Leader, Accountability and Consistency, Building Morale, Team Development, and much more. It is an information-packed 8-hour session designed for civilian leaders. Participants will walk away from the training experience with practical tools for their “leadership toolbox.”
