Performance Evaluations: We Can Do Better – Online Course

In almost every public organization we work with, there is a consensus when it comes to performance evaluations: “We do not do them well!” In fact, in many organizations, employees and supervisors alike believe their current process for evaluating performance is wholly ineffective. But we can do this better. It starts with proper communication and being “intentional” with the process.

In this 2-Hour webinar, we will be discussing the current state of performance evaluations. We will investigate why we still do performance evaluations at all. We will focus in on some ‘Keys to Success’ that will give us a better picture of what our goals for performance evaluations should be. As we do that, we will re-imagine what the process could look like with more intentionality.

Hope you can join us!
